Creative Support Systems
An 8-week self-paced course and community to build your creative practice, Consistent Momentum, and finally do the work that matters.
Creative Support Systems is an 8-week email course and Discord space dedicated to unblocking your creativity and renewing momentum in your practice.
You’ll get practical tools, weekly guidance, and a community that gets it.
Your creativity matters to you. But between the inner critic, the comparison trap, and the endless distractions, your work either stays hidden or avoided.
Tell me if this sounds familiar:
You want to create consistently, but you don't have habits that stick
Your work matters to you beyond the value placed on it by capitalism
You feel "lazy" when really you're battling fear and exhaustion
You don't know how to show up confidently
You're surrounded by people who don't understand what you're building, or you want more creative peers
You'll build the habits, mindset, and boundaries that turn creative intention into daily practice.
Through weekly email lessons, prompts, questions, and check-ins, you’ll identify what’s been holding you back and rewrite the story you’ve been telling yourself about your work.
You’ll set up a journaling and research practice that actually fills your creative cup, learn how to reframe emotions like frustration, jealousy, and shame to clear roadblocks, and build real boundaries around your time, energy, and who gets access to you and your work.
Along the way, you’ll take action on a meaningful goal, shift your relationship with money, your rates, and being seen, and create rituals and environments that protect your practice.
You’ll be joining other people who are doing this work alongside you, in real time.
What You'll Learn:
What you’ll Gain:

A space to share wins, struggles, and breakthroughs with people who understand

Meet Your Guide
Lauren Denitzio (they/them) is a multidisciplinary visual artist and songwriter who has spent the better part of the past 20 years building an independent creative practice.
They have written their weekly newsletter Get It Together for over seven years, where they’ve shared insights on art/music/pop culture adjacent to their own work.
This course is an expansion of their practice, compiling their engagement with popular creative exercises and processing techniques to share a repeatable container that can help other artists thrive.
Their visual work looks at queer domesticity as a space of resistance. They have toured internationally with their band Worriers alongside such artists as Against Me!, Alkaline Trio, John K Samson, Jawbreaker, Julien Baker, The Wonder Years, Brian Fallon, and more.
They received their MFA from Parsons and their BFA from RISD in Illustration.
