This piece is one of a series of portraits of women and queer folks in their domestic space, in response to both the architectural space and other objects typically found in the home. I want these works to form their own vocabulary and ways of relating to the world that reflects these subjects and their lives.
The painting is on a 19" x 25" sheet of Canson Edition paper. The image itself is 18" x 24", with an approximate .5" white border.
